Tetsuya’s exclusive dining experience features an 8-course degustation menu priced at $320* per person. Elevate your culinary journey with our optional wine course, available at an additional $195 per person. While we strive to accommodate dietary requests, kindly provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for personalized adjustments. Our fully licensed restaurant does not allow BYO. For all reservations we require a credit card number to secure the booking. We do not process a deposit, however, if you need to cancel or alter your reservation, we do ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.The restaurant accepts both credit card and cash payments.

A smart dress code is encouraged, however jackets and ties are not necessary.

We offer on-site parking at a price of $25 per vehicle, booking is not required.

Please note that for safety reasons and for the comfort and convenience of other guests, Tetsuya’s is unable to cater for children under 8 years of age. When making a reservation, we would appreciate it if you would respect our policy.

The reservations office is open from 10am to 6pm and can be reached on (02) 9267 2900, Monday to Friday, except for the following New South Wales public holidays:
